If we kick off and our opponent will field the kick-off - who do I list as the attack team?
The attack team is the team fielding the ball. However if your team ends up catching the kick-off, Save the original possession (where opponent was supposed to attack off a Restart), and start a new Turnover possession for your team, in whichever field zone you caught the ball in.

We win a penalty and kick the ball out. Do I list the penalty as a possession or only the linout?
You list both the penalty you won (for example in Zone 3) and the kick you make, then save possession. Now you list a new possession where you attack off a lineout in for example Zone 4.

We kicked the ball and they fielded it in zone 2, but their player was immediately tackled out. Do I list their kick fielded as a possession?
Indeed. Even if they were unable to do anything with that possession, we count it because it tells us something about the outcomes you receive when kicking the ball.
